you until the initial meeting with your client. You are
welcome to attend this meeting if you desire.

| A retainer is normally required to begin the valuation. The size of the retainer is dependent upon the type of business, whether the client is the owner of the business, the reasons for the valuation, and other factors. I will be happy to send you a letter that provides more details about the valuation process including some estimates as to the possible costs of the engagement. There is never a charge for you to discuss your case to determine if my services are appropriate. |
